CAN WE KILL CRM

Hey, I’m interested to know if there are any sales managers or reps on here concerned about their current CRM or sales tools. I hear a lot of complaints about managers not having enough visibility, lack of oversight, and/or reps just absolutely hating the manual data entry. It really seems like CRMs or companies who just use excel or email campaigns just haven’t evolved with the times, and businesses are definitely being impacted because of it. Does anyone on here wish they had a software that would automate a lot of the monotonous bullshit, so that they could spend more time actually selling?
