Which CRM to go for?

I work for a healthcare company that provides services to patients through mostly med-legal referrals. I’m looking for a software that will help me organize my client’s profiles, set up e-mail marketing and track communication/reach efforts. So far I’ve done a number of demos and I am in between Keap and Zoho. Any recs?
