Multi-cloud, hybrid, and SASE architectures growing worldwide: Aryaka's State of the WAN report

At the Ignite 2021 conference, Microsoft emphasized an integration between Azure Virtual WAN and VMware SD-WAN to connect branch offices and remote locations, while using a Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solution.

Coming on the heels of the event, Microsoft partner Aryaka shared its annual State of the WAN report, revealing growth in multi-cloud and changes to embrace remote workers. The report, based on responses from 1,350 IT professionals from around the world, indicates up to 44 percent of respondents are planning for increased hybrid work in the future due the pandemic as well as increased awareness of remote worker security. Almost a third are deploying SASE architectures, with another 56 percent planning to do so within the next one to two years.

Dave Ginsburg, VP of product and solutions marketing at Aryaka, shared some key takeaways from the report with MSCloudNews.
