looking for all in one solution

Hi, I'm looking for an all in one solution that has HR, Payroll, ERM ERP, CRM, and possibly some sort of chat social function integration for clients built into it.

We are a 100+ employee organization. We provide staffing services, virtual HR, accounting outsource, professional services, business re-engineering/reprocessing, outsourcing, talent management hiring, etc

Current platforms our company uses is adp, salesforce, zendesk,

we are looking into zendesk sunshine conversations for social intergration aspect, and also looking into workday
