any advice welcome – looking to move away from paper files, google sheets, and handwritten receipts

hello there

I'm looking for a software to purchase with a one time fee and no monthly fee. we have thick files of notes and documents for each client and need a system to be able to access that info from every work station. I would also like the program to track payments and generate receipts, as well as generate basic reports. we are not a tech savvy office, currently we have paper files, handwritten receipts, and google sheets to get us by, but with the increase in business and missing cash, I'm really looking for a better way
