Need a CRM for venture capital (to manage investors and startups)

Hi all, thanks in advance for any references to check out. Small-scale VC, but growing.

Need a tool that:

• Is relatively easy to use for wider team
• Manages personalised comms for investor network — compliance/financial (integrating into a portal may be our move)
• Manages personalised comms for our portfolio of companies
• Broad public-facing comms (brand-level)
• Robust segmentation — ensuring we don't double ping if people are on multiple lists
• Sophisticated comms, cross channel (email, whatsapp, text) that are very visible and customizable
• Automation — for lead-gen, content marketing, events, etc. (zapier, typeform, etc.)
