CRM that doesn’t add another layer of complexity to business

I tried posted this question a few days ago but my poor wording rubbed a few people the wrong way.

I have cognitive and memory issues. Essentially, I can't recall information or processes when I need them. I will not remember any information about a client if I don't record it.

However, traditional CRM apps add an extra later of complexity because I won't remember to record client data and, even if do, I struggle to use the information in a meaningful way.

I'm trying to look for a CRM system that is a new app or piece of software but that allows me to automate my existing business systems (Email, Quickbooks etc.) to keep track of clients.

If it helps, you can imagine I'm a ten year old running a lemonade stand. There is no advice too simple or patronising!
