CRM Platform Needs

Hi All,

I work for a financial tech startup, and we are just starting to build out our tech stack. We will be implementing Segment as a Customer Data Platform, what tools would you recommend for:

1. CRM (journey building, automation)
2. Email (building, sending, deliverability)
3. SMS and App Messaging

Our requirements are to balance features and cost effectively so that we can send personalised, timely messages as things happen in the market, but without having to spend $100k+ per year on marketing automation up-front (ok if this scales over time but would rather something that starts at a lower cost point for the number of users we have now, but still has powerful features)
