( votes)Hey there.
We now can all open a website and sell our products, use social media to spread the word and communicate with our clients over any number of channels. Email, DMs, Twitter, FB comments are some of the ways that our clients contact us before buying or after to ask a question or just say thanks.
It would be nice to have a good way of tracking all those points of contact in one place. As customer service is king for small business, keeping years worth of conversation treads accessible is key to maintaining great relationships with customers.
Shopify has some great built in features to let us know some information from that customers interactions with your website, they call it the "timeline". It is lacking though. I would love to be able to see all the comments they have made on social media (instagram, FB, Linkedin, Whatsapp at the very least) emails, DMs, phone calls, notes that we add.
I havent been able to find a program that integrates well between shopify, social and the CRM. It seems that many of the big CRMs just want to track email and notes.
Is there any good options to keep a client history in one clean place.
I want this to be able open up a profile when is see a comment from a follower on instagram and I know their name rings a bell but I just cant remember exactly all the details. Being able to look back over our interactions in one place helps freshen up the memory and allows us to engage in a more meaningful way. Also I am in the habit of giving gifts to loyal customers, be it discounts or actual physical gifts. If I cant remember what discount they had in the past, the inconsistency might throw them off or I may send a gift that they already own and it makes me look like I just dont care.
I hope there is some of you out there who have gone through this already and can guide some of us who are newer on the path along. I have been looking for this information and havent been able to track it down yet. I think there are a lot of people out there who could get some value from some answers. I will keep looking but am looking forward to hearing what you all have to say.
