Eleads CRM

Hello all :

I just started at a dealer that uses CDK and Eleads as their eSales Manager. I’ve caught in pretty fast and it’s not that difficult. I know or have talked to others in the same position at some of our other dealerships. I know there are “hacks” or things to do to help with dud leads or to help with making the numbers better. They probably won’t tell me over the phone or something. I know it goes on, but I was wondering if anyone with any experience can give a newbie some helpful hints to get the Traffic Management report to show better numbers. We sell more than any other dealer in our area and have the most profit. But other stores constantly beat us in their numbers. I don’t want to do anything that’s bad but they have experienced traffic managers and I just want to get on their level. Any help would be super awesome
