HSO adds professional services industry unit with acquisition of SAGlobal IP and North America team

Microsoft partner HSO announced it has acquired SAGlobal’s Americas unit and 360 Solutions Group, adding Dynamics 365-based software offerings and services capacity for the professional services industry.

With the acquisition by HSO, SAGlobal, Inc. (the Americas group, not the rest of the international corporation) and the 360 Solutions Group will be rebranded as HSO ProServ and will continue to be led by Whit McIsaac, who had been CEO of SAGlobal Americas. HSO ProServ’s primary offerings include the 360 Solution Group’s aec360, legal360 as well as consulting and accounting industry solutions based on Dynamics 365.

In August 2020 HSO made another industry-focused deal, acquiring AKA Enterprise Solutions, a company with expertise in Dynamics 365 for public sector, nonprofit, and financial services.

SAGlobal merged with 360 Vertical Solutions in 2018, a deal that added AEC and legal services solutions for Dynamics 365 to the company’s existing specialization in professional services. SAGlobal offers a range of solutions around ERP, PSA, and HCM focused on Microsoft business applications and tools.
