Medical device sales?!?

So I'm new in the world on medical device sales and my company completely lacks a CRM. I'd be willing to buy my own but I need one that can manage companies (doctor's offices) that I use, and link patients to those accounts.

What I'm hoping for is that once a patient is entered I can get notifications at set times to reach out to them depending on what products they are using.

My intention is to use that information for building brand reputation with the current doc's and brand loyalty from the patients in the future.

By linking the patient to the doctor I need to be able to see who is using me the most
