Azure Updates: STIG-compliant images; Cross resource querying; Application Change Analysis

A week into the new year, Microsoft’s announcements have slowly picked up pace again, giving some hints about where Azure is headed in 2021.

The Azure Gov Team shared insights on how to rapidly deploy US Department of Defense STIG-compliant images to visualize compliance with Azure. So far, Microsoft has issued the STIG Automation GitHub Repository as a way to automate STIG implementation as well as baseline updates with Azure Image Builder.
