Despite the barriers and challenges this new reality bought, businesses all around the globe showed the spirit of adaptation and emerged stronger, savvier, and even profitable in many ways.
Just like the champion spirit our Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Apps community exhibited, we strapped down and committed to keep moving forward to solidify and enhance our Inogic productivity suite. So before 2020 fades away and we see the dawn of 2021, we would like to share a roadmap of everything that you can do supercharge with Inogic’s suite of preferred productivity apps.

With our cloud-based productivity app InoLink, you can integrate Intuit QuickBooks with Dynamics 365 CRM. User Adoption Monitor – Motor and keep track of all user actions and performances in Dynamics 365 CRM! Monitor common actions and special messages of all users in your organization on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. For the results, you can view the dashboards and leaderboards to analyze the performance of each user. This allows you to implement measures to improve the user adoption of Dynamics 365 CRM.
Lead Assignment and Distribution Automation – Assign your pending workload or incoming leads to your team members easily and automatically. Automation also means fair and balanced assignments. With Lead Assignment and Distribution Automation, you can be assured that there will be no mismanagement, no cherry picking, and no biased working styles when you are creating a plan for your future business.
