Sales Cycle and Purchase Cycle

Good morning,

Any of you used a competent CRM that has a well developed sales cycle together with a purchase cycle. Or a CPQ for that matter.

Essentially I want to outsource the QBO capability to generate from an estimate the invoice for the customer as well as the purchase order for the supplier. And from that purchase order generate a bill.
