Has anyone used eGain?

Wondering if anyone has used eGain before as their CRM or in conjunction with their CRM? What have your experiences been with it? Why did you choose it over other guys like Salesforce, Oracle, Liveperson, Genesys? How is the pricing–is it cheaper than the other guys?
