CRM/ Order management system suggestions

I'm looking for some suggestions for service which help us keep track our b2b customers (export and wholesale).

I have found https://orderwise.co.uk/ which looks pretty good – anyone had experience with them?

Looking for the following:

Functionality:

Under each customer be able to apply bespoke pricing, so when we enter or look up the customer, we need to be able to know the following:

• Customers price list and search based on codes with their bespoke pricing

• The ability to add this to basket like a web order and then process it as an order

• Then print off a delivery note, once the goods are packed, we can add a note for number of parcels or pallets and how the goods are being dispatched.

• Finally we can then print off or email or export the invoice, in either excel or PDF and also an option as a tick box to include any fields we want from the product data field as overseas customers have a different requirement for customs clearance.

Reporting:

We would like the ability to run various reports which shows the following:

• Individual product sales

• Individual customer sales

• Profitability and Sales reports, based on,

1. Product code profit using date range and showing which customer have bought
2. Category Sales or Profit
3. Invoice profit break down by line showing % and actual net profit
4. Customer profit break down
5. The business as a whole using a date range

Some suggestions would be much appreciated!
