( votes)Looking for the best CRM out there. I would like something smooth and efficient. However, the reviews are all over the place, its insane. I think I am down to Salesforce with RingCentral + Zapier. However, I am a little nervous about Ringcentral. I think they are too big and don't care about their customers. Then their is Insightly with VOIP built in but do they have all the features Salesforce has? I mean I want the best of the best in all categories. Best CRM = Salesforce Best VOIP = RingCentral and Best Automation = Zapier.
Am I missing something?
