We are moving from our Exchange On-premise to O365 exchange Online and we were having trouble connecting crm to exchange online.
Right now we are just trying it out with our test CRM server, but the documentation provided by Microsoft is confusing.
Can someone explain the x509 certificate and how/where to get one.
Also, my boss wanted to know how Exchange Online communicated with CRM, do we need to configure our firewall to allow it to communicate?
I contacted Microsoft 365 support but they said I had to use Dynamics 365 Support, but they don't have one that works for my situation.
