CRM to track reps sales visits, emails and orders.

Hi,

We will have a small sales team of two people calling on 500+ stores. We are looking for a CRM that will allow them to input there store visits and report who they have seen and who they have not seen (i.e. store abc has not been visited in 45 days)

Similarly it would be great if orders taken at these stores could be input into the CRM to then be able to be processed by the accounts team.

I feel like most CRM systems are for companies selling software or for sales reps sitting in front of a computer pinging out emails and making calls all day.
