Looking for suggestions on CRM

I am on the look for a CRM. It should be easy to set up. I only have 4 weeks tops to have it up and running. It needs to support email exchange, phone calls receiving and dialing, SMS exchanging, and WhatsApp IMs. The budget is still undefined by my corporation, but not low limited. All suggestions welcome.
