Avanade announces acquisition of Azure IoT specialists Azeo

Avanade announced an exclusive agreement to acquire Azeo, a provider of data and AI, cloud and IoT solutions, based in France. The acquisition will add Azeo’s 250 employees to Avanade’s operations in France. Avanade aims to strengthen its position in the country, particularly in the regions of Bordeaux and Nouvelle-Aquitaine.
