CRM With Form Integration, Sequences, Email and Text Ability

We are a subscription services-based small business currently using HubSpot's free offering and would greatly appreciate any insight and recommendations. HubSpot's paid options look like they offer what we want but they are out of our price range.

Essentially we need a service that does the following:

• Embed a form on our website that automatically emails the inquiry back with information from the form (personalized tokens?), then creates a contact in a database, and creates a sequence of follow-ups if they don’t reply
• Enables us to send and receive emails through the platform using templates, etc
• SECONDARY: A dashboard where we can see contacts with open conversations and associated notes easily.
• SECONDARY: Ability to text directly from the platform.

Any recommendations or thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
