CRM assignment

I have a crm assignment in which i have to talk about a company that has adopted a crm system and the challenges that were faced during the implementation, the advantages and disadvantages and new opportunities. I was searching on google for the past two days but i couldnt find anything useful. Any suggestions that might help me collect the information needed?
