Microsoft announced that enterprise AI vendor C3.ai has selected Dynamics 365 Sales and Teams to streamline its sales operations and boost collaboration.
The production deployment took only eight days, according to C3.ai’s founder and CEO Thomas Siebel. Siebel also founded and ran Siebel Systems, one of the original CRM behemoths, which is now part of Oracle.
