Hubspot CRM VS? – WordPress site don’t want load time impacted, need free (close to free) CRM for small contracting business. Ideally a free, close to free Job Nimbus type CRM?

I have read how Hubspot affects WordPress' site load times. I'm usually at or around 3 second load time (without caching) and wold prefer to stay that way.

Do i really have to have the hubspot plugin? Could i use gravity forms, and have it sync with hubspot without having to install the hubspot plugin?

are there any alternate crm's that are cloud based that won't bog down my site?

Ideally i'd want something like JobNimbus where email forms are turned into customer database, 1 click bid 1 click scheduling, workorders, etc.
