Best CRM for small securities broker/dealer company

Hello! I'm researching a good CRM software for a small investment firm in the US. The only guidelines I have are that it be cheap (cheaper than Salesforce), give you the ability to add notes about clients, and allow you to import/export customer info from Excel.

I've narrowed it down to Zoho and Apptivo, mostly because they have excellent reviews and are known for being easy to get started with.

Are there any other CRMs I should be considering that are more specific to a securities broker/dealer? I don't totally understand how the software works as I've never used it before and just work as IT support for this company. Thank you!
