Schedule Reports, Word and Excel Templates periodically to be sent as email in Dynamics 365 CRM

The recurrence pattern here will be every X days. For e.g. if the recurrence is decided for X=3 days, then the process will repeat itself for every 3^rd day from starting day. Here we have started the process from 3^rd February so the report will be exported and emailed on every 3 day periodicity for e.g. 3^rd Feb, 6^th Feb, etc.

Exporting File Weekly

When we have selected the recurrence pattern as weekly, the files will be exported and emailed on the periodicity of X. For e.g. for the value of X=2, and days are Saturday and Sunday, the files will be exported on every 2^nd week’s Saturday and Sunday from the beginning day.

Exporting Files Monthly

Here the process will be repeated on every fixed day of X month’s periodicity. For e.g. if the value of X=2, and the day is 15^th then after every second month the file will be sent on the 15^th day.
