In our last blog we had discussed about the Form 2 Part 1 and Part 2 reports in trading excise module and why they are required with respect to statutory requirements. We all know that when we deal with trading excise it is very necessary for an organization to maintain location wise quantity of goods, levied duties on goods, receipts and shipments of goods, tariff classification number for goods, Vendor info etc. So we have come up with defacing slip register for trading excise module where the user will find all these statutory information location wise.
Defacing slip is a register that is required when the user wants to know the Location-wise excise duty charged on the excise goods during the receiving and shipping of the goods.
Excise Defacing slip report gives us a quick overview of incoming goods and the goods that are shipped or returned against each received goods entry with quantities and duties pass on. User can also find the client’s name through which the company has purchase the goods along with other purchase details on the left hand side of the report and right hand side shows the outward and balance duty and quantity. Also there is always the possibility to have multiple sales (shipment entries) against single purchase receipt so defacing slip also make a track for those entries in this report.

Defacing slip is location wise report that print the data for particular location with the receipt date filter. Through this report we can get location address and ECC no for particular location.
We can get location wise log or track of goods and there levied taxes with balance quantity and excise duty.
