Need an informational interview about CRM of any company

Hey, I am a student taking bachelors degree in Marketing. As part of my research I was supposed to interview a company regarding their CRM implementation and organisation. I had an interview with a spatial computing company which was pretty cool. However they kept pushing back the interview and I have to submit my assignment in three days.

If there is any fellow redditor who works at a company and has knowledge of CRM at their current place please help me out

A skype audio call, or any other form of interview would be good. I need evidence of the interview for the assignment as well.
