So what is Kanban Board?
Kanban Board is a productivity app that enables organized card-based view of Dynamics 365 CRM Entity records in home grid. It helps in providing data clarity through systematic representation of records in your Dynamics 365 CRM and PowerApps.
Lack of organized data is one of the problems faced by various departments as it is difficult to analyze and interpret unorganized data which hampers project timelines. Most of the time this issue can be overcome by simply presenting data in an organized way.
This is where Kanban Board comes handy!
How does it help?
Organized Visual Representation
Kanban Board provides an organized card-based view of all records in PowerApps and Dynamics 365 CRM. Here, records are systematically arranged in movable cards below each list which are configured on the basis of different selection criteria.
Drag & Drop
Records can be easily moved from one list to another through Drag & Drop. In this way one can arrange records under respective lists as per specific business requirement.
Find Records Easily
Finding records in Kanban Board is quite easy. One can filter records on the basis of date, sort lists in ascending and descending order or just type the record name in search field.
Perform Actions
Just like in Grid View, Kanban Board enables one to perform actions such as Edit, Delete, Assign, Merge, Share, etc. on selected records easily.
