Looking for an ADHD friendly CRM

I'm an entertainer with 300-400 enquires per year and around 150 clients.

Ideally, I would like a single ecosystem where I can:

1) Email market to my subscribers
2) Exchange emails with clients
3) Create booking forms that automate to google calendar
4) Integrate with QuickBooks.
5) Automates as much as possible
6) Reminds me of tasks I need to do.

Because of my ADHD, I struggle to manage my customer's journey efficiently.

The biggest obstacle I face is that I forget to use the systems I have in place. I forget to return emails, to create booking forms, to send invoices etc.

Most CRMs I look at require me to remember more things for me to do, rather than taking pressure off.

I'd love some suggestions!
