CRM that allows listening for a webhook?

I know lots of CRMs offer the ability to send out webhooks and/or have an API that can be called.

I'm looking for one that can listen for/catch a webhook.

Ideally, would:
1. Provide a webhook URL to set your app to.
2. Pick the action you want to happen when it gets hit – i.e. create a ticket.
3. Configure/map webhook data to that action – i.e. "field X" = ticket subject.

I know this can be done through a middleman like Zapier, but hoping to find a CRM that offers this direct connection.
