Small Business CRM Recommendation

Hi Everyone, currently looking for a CRM that has built in automation, sms and emailing (unlimited if possible), Auto voicemail drop and sms drop when call did not connect, and a good tagging system. Currently in a bookkeeping company and we want to level up our business. We are using Hubspot but it's super expensive.
