Comparing CRM for SMB

Hi Everyone, I am looking to use a CRM for a small consulting company and was wondering if I can get your advice between the following: Salesforce Essentials, Hubspot, Pipedrive, Zoho.

Pros and Cons would be appreciated. Also if you know what the limit is for sending emails and mass emails.

Any other recommendations are welcome.

This is what I am looking to mainly do with the Essentials Plan:

– Managing database of contacts (around 7K and hoping to double next year)

– Doing transactional/individual emails and keeping track of records (sync CRM with mail server?)

– Doing mass emails in CRM (Ex. Once a week, basic email style, no newsletters or campaigns).

– Calendar syncing and automating scheduling.

– Budget is flexible but considering we are a small team at the moment it makes sense to be cost-effective at the moment. Upgrading is an option in the near future if needed.
