CRM Newbie – just looking for a solution to automate sending emails to my networking contacts

Apologies if this is not the right subreddit for this. Over the years, I have cultivated about a few thousand professional contacts and I would love to be able to send them a quick email once a quarter. But, and here's where it gets tricky which is throwing my search off, I would like to add a customized line for each of them. The contact names, email address and their respective customized line is stored in an excel file. I need a software that can import this and send these emails through my outlook client. Am I asking for too much or is this possible? Thank you in advance!
