What’s new with Customer Sales?

Dynamics 365 Sales is an industry-leading sales tool designed to maximize sales teams’ productivity.  In this release, Microsoft aims to improve the sales process through data and AI.  Enhancing process automations will help to assign leads and opportunities to the right sales reps while balancing the workload on your sales team.  Conversation Intelligence can gather client data and provide managers with the right information to guide and coach their sales teams.

What’s new with Power Automate?

Power Automate has quickly become the standard platform for data automation within Office365.  With the new release, customers can expect the following enhancements:

  • Automation for everyone: Microsoft is opening the door for more users to create Flows in every Office365 application, allowing them to create personalized flows that best suite their work needs.
  • Hyperscale Cloud RPA: Robotic Process Automation is now a built-in service in Windows 11, allowing you to create automations that execute commands directly on a PC, completely outside of Office365!  continue reading on www.beringer.net
