Looking for office time/task management software related to clients.

Office is an accounting/CPA office and needs something to help with the following:

General items that are important:

  • easy to read daily/weekly view to see calendar and tasks on one screen
    everything to do for a day including calendar and tasks should be on one screen, not have to check multiple places to know what needs to be done
  • tasks need to send notifications to 2 people, person who created the task and the person who completed the task
  • must integrate with google workspace calendar
  • would be nice integrate with google workspace tasks
  • everything revolves around clients, managing client lists and tagged to calendar and tasks would be nice

Reception Person:

  • view everyone's schedule
  • add/edit other peoples calendar
  • add/edit other peoples tasks

Data Entry Person:

  • have client tasks that need to be done regularly, monthly/quarterly/annually
  • recurring tasks need to be automatically created on a schedule and need to have a deadline
    e.g. a task automatically is created on the 10th of everything month that needs to be completed by the 15th of every month
  • client tasks can have multiple steps involving more than one person
    e.g.
    • #1 data entry person enters/prepares books/data
    • #2 CPA reviews, approves or sends notes back to data entry on items to change/correct. if changes needed, we go back to step #1
    • #3 data entry person submits/files

CPA person:

  • schedule meetings/calls with clients
  • easy to manage task priority and completion
  • view everyone's schedule
  • add/edit other peoples calendar
  • add/edit other peoples tasks
