Hi. I've been taking a look at CRM softwares recently and I've noticed they have two tabs of people: leads and contacts.

My business operates as follow: we sell online to individuals, but we also sell big projects to companies and we import our products from suppliers.

Taking into consideration that the individual buyers could potentially reach hundreds of people, how could I avoid that they overshadow the companies and suppliers in the leads and contacts tabs? In other words, comlani and suppliers, which will be less than a dozen, have more importance to our business, but they'll be put side by side in the leads and contacts tabs with hundreds of individual buyers that will mostly spend less than 200€. Is this how it's supposed to be? How can I highlight the companies and suppliers? Also, should I really save the contacts of the suppliers in the CRM?
