Advice sought: 10k+ contacts per month (large CRM that isn’t painful to use?)

I see a lot of posts here for small businesses, looking for recommendations for what I would consider a larger business:

We're looking at CRM system that will integrate across email, dialpad, intercom that can help keep customer information linked across systems (so easy to quickly mark notes from within email, dialpad etc).

We're also considering using it within a CRM/sales funnel kind of software – we currently have manual processes to track individual leads. We do engage in a very white glove, high touch sales process, and currently have minimal analytics and automation around that process/team performance.

More context:

– 10k+ contacts per month

– 30+ people in customer service

– We currently use intercom for chat, and many manual processes (pulls from our custom inventory system) to generate the leads

Current considerations include: hubspot, keap, Zoho CRM, pipedrive
(And Kustomer, gmelius for the shared email inbox)

Thank you for any advice you might have.
