CRM that doesn’t have the same stupid lead funnel system.

Hi,

I have a CPG business, and need a good CRM. I would love something that integrates into Monday.

Biggest problem I have with all of them that I've seen is they constantly focus on the first sale, when for our business, 90+% of the work is the followup. I need to have a salesperson in each account once every two weeks, and the salesperson should know about what they're going to order, who the contact is, and specific goals and notes for the account.

I'm not going to add a new opportunity in a CRM every week to three weeks to remind myself of that, since I'm looking for something to automate away from the current excel sheet to track data.

Anyone have a good CRM that doesn't think I'm running a software company?
