- Leadership engagement – leadership needs to define and communicate the end-user requirements on use of the Microsoft CRM system.
- Awesome End-User Training – note the description awesome end-user training, is critical to achieving user adoption. Unfortunately, many Microsoft Dynamics 365 partners do not provide an adequate training program and in many cases, training is an afterthought. - Monitor User Adoption on a weekly (if not daily) basis. Traditionally this has been a challenge in Dynamics 365 CRM, there are no out-of-box user activity/adoption reports. A company could develop user activity/adoption reports but that would require significant effort. Another option, pay a Dynamics 365 partner to develop the reports but, as you likely know this option would be expensive.
