Hey there! I've got an idea of a business that will involve some field service employees working. However, I am more into management, not IT, and now reading lots of stuff on what tools can be good to manage the business. I've come across some blog posts where they discuss whether it is possible to use CRM to manage the whole lifecycle or you'll need an additional field management software.
I am not sure, what is better: try to start off a single system (CRM) and manage everything there, or purchase an additional tool (FSM) tailored to the field part. What is your advice? How do you tackle this?
