CRM for distributing real estate leads to outside agents

I get a lot of seller real estate leads that I would like to distribute to agents outside of my network.
So I'd like a simple CRM that can take a lead that I would automatically import through zapier.
Then send it out to 5-8 agents from a specific city.
Then follow up with a survey sent to the agent on how the tour of their house went and what they think the value is.

What would be my best options for this?
