Require CRM data entry
Data needs to be entered in CRM to help keep your whole team connected. All interactions: emails, phone calls, notes, tasks, sales opportunities, etc., must be in the system for there to be complete visibility. Of course, employees and even managers may balk at entering every piece of information. Still, someone has to set the policy and enforce it if data is to be available whenever remote workers need it.
