Omni-Channel Campaign Architecture

we are a company that has multiple products and services. We have basically 5 main products. We are doing a lot of ad-hoc campaigns, but we see that if we automate a lot of campaigns and clearly map the customer journeys we can use the full power of sales force.

I am quite a visual person and was thinking how to visualize such a campaign architecture, which consists of customer journeys, ad-hoc campaigns, important processes such as on/off-boardning etc..

Are there any best practices?

I would appreciate if you would provide detailed examples.
