( votes)I am trying to find a solution for our company.
We are still in Google Sheets phase and need to upgrade to a CRM.
In addition to this, we need to be able to connect the CRM to a WhatsApp contact center which will be our sales tool #1. And , ideally, agents should be able to work from their smartphones.
I am very familiar with Salesforce but I think the solution we are looking for needs to be simpler. In my experience, implementing WhatsApp on Salesforce has been a pain in the neck and we need something better that works out of the box.
I know Hubspot and Zoho integrate with WhatsApp (I don't thing they support WhatsApp messaging from Android/iPhone), but any comment about them or any other solution will be highly appreciated.
