Looking for software for a non-profit that stocks the pantry for people in need

They need a CRM and inventory solution and something that can generate reports for clients serviced in a zip code(s) and track who was given what and when and also what/when was received in donations.

For Windows 10, on-prem or cloud is fine.

I appreciate yr suggestions.
