Validity, a Boston-based provider of data quality and marketing analytics offerings, launched GridBuddy Cloud for Dynamics 365 customer experience apps.
The offering provides pre-configured custom grids to show fields from a CRM like opportunities and forecasts, case details, client engagements, and follow-ups. Additionally, the solution comes with Custom Grids for “ad hoc” processes.
Validity has not previously provided offerings for the Dynamics 365 channel.
