Microsoft continues to add more ways to expose sales, marketing, service, and HR tools and processes between Dynamics 365 applications and Teams.
At Ignite 2021, they announced a range of new integration points between Teams and Dynamics 365 Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, and Marketing.
Dynamics 365 and Teams touch points planned by Microsoft product teams are increasingly bi-directional. Teams chat and call tools are being exposed in Dynamics 365 to serve specific personas and process like sales reps and service agents. Similarly, operational data housed in Dynamics 365 will be available in Teams, Microsoft corporate vice president for Dynamics 365 Muhamad Alam wrote in a new blog post.
